Children will explore rhythm, melody, and lyrics, as they engage with various musical traditions, including folk ballads, blues, and rock'n'roll. They will be encouraged to express themselves through sound and to experience how music brings people closer together.

Kyle Morgan is a songwriter, singer, multi-instrumentalist, and music educator. In 2013, Kyle released his first full-length album of original songs under the name Starcrossed Losers. Soon after, he joined the folk/roots trio Tumbling Bones and toured extensively along the East Coast and throughout Europe. He gained valuable teaching experience working at Listen Up! Music, a nonprofit, inclusive music program for adults, where he helped clients write, arrange, record, and perform original songs and put on community concerts.

Date: Every Thursday, July 11th through September 5th. There are 9 classes this term.
