Pono children were teachers, too. Every week, students of all ages (two and older) had the opportunity to teach a class on a subject of their choosing. Lessons covered a wide range of topics, including geology, bridge engineering, notable women, color theory, wildlife, baking, Japanese, Egypt, and India.
