Our Parkour Basics class will introduce students to super fun and high energy games and challenges that can be done across a WebCam with a partner or in a small group. Classic games like Red Light/Green Light and Rock, Paper, Scissors have a parkour twist and will have children working up a sweat while interacting with their friends.

Mike Araujo has over 10 years of experience training and coaching parkour and is one of the earliest adopters of the sport in NYC.  He is the Head Coach at The Movement Creative and oversees all of the school and camp programming. Mike co-leads TMC’s Coach Development Program and supervises our Coaches-In-Training. 

Day/Time: Tuesdays, 1:00 to 1:30 pm

Dates: 5/5, 5/12, 5/19 (Three classes)
