Certainly, writers, as with everyone else, are experiencing many limits. But let's think about what "creative writing" really means. It's not the promise of abundant time, space, and materials. It's starting right where we are, with what we have. In our sessions, we’ll explore the creative process by writing and reading together. Sessions will include opportunities to write flash fiction, poetry, short stories, and more. A 15-min individual consultation for students to get feedback on their writing is included.  

Alicia Zadrozny is a writer and editor of children's and educational media. She obtained an MFA in creative writing from Manhattanville College. Besides her own work, she has found great joy in discussing stories with young people, especially with her friends at Pono.
